I use a mac and I got AHD about a month ago via the apple app store. The newest version was supposed to come out on mac a few weeks ago but the version I have is still 1.0. I've heard that sometimes the app store says it's up to date when it's actually not though. Has the newest update not came out for mac yet or is the app store just being stupid?

The Mac App Store still lists it as Version 1.0 http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/victo...16556459?mt=12
Perhaps the Mac patch is still being ported, or is stuck in apples quality assurance?
You could try to use the text files from the windows patch, except for the .exe file, but that might have unpredictable side effects.
Any other MAC users out there who could help?
