Pagans sounds likely for the next expansion, but Orthodox would have to be patched rather than come through dlc in order to maintain compatability between vanilla and the expansions for multiplayer. Also, setting back the start date much earlier sounds like a likely addition to me.

Given the current Magna Mundi fiasco, I think it'd be helpful to Paradox if we just be grateful that SoI is coming soon, as well as the four expansions mentioned by RPS. Also, Johan tweeted earlier today that two announcements of some sort will be made next week.
