    design screen question

    i need to ask this but i shouldnt need to
    what do these 2 icons mean? and why dont they have tooltips like the rest of the icons do?

    Hover your mouse over those yellow/green/red fields.

    But basicaly, upper on is functuion of accurancy to range, and lower is damage to range.

    thanks for the reply and i have hovered my mouse over that entire area and there are no tooltips even over the yellow/green/red fields
