Changing capital

For some reason my Rome game has made Apulia the capital of the empire. I would like to edit the save games to change it back to Rome but can't seem to find exactly where to do that, and would like to verify the province ID number. Help please. Thanks in advance.

Open the save file and search for capital=97. Change it to 93 which is id number for Rome.
