    History behind 1356

    Hi,

    i am pretty often in the history province files and i saw on quite some occasions now that there is history before 1356 in province files, why and how i could i make the game start earlier ?
    Can i increase tech level of byzantium without making a new tech group ?

    I think those are just so it shows some events from before the start of the game when you look at the province's history.

    Just because we sometimes when crazy and became very precise. But that remains true only for a small portions of the provinces.

    Top of the "defines.txt" file in the MEIOU "common" folder. Edit the start date. However :
    - tech level might not let you go that much backwards in time (check the files in the common technologies folder... don't put a date before the first date in the tech files)
    - most of the histories won't be appropriate
