After a lot of work, and a long crusade (), I thought of a return to the victorian era. I don't have AHD yet, but I'm more interested in european matters, as nationalism, some cultural flavor and so on (I know, that there is other stuff included, but I didn't see anything regarding this topic). I think it's a bit disappointing, that the springtime of nations are isolated from each other. In fact, the events of 1848/1849 had some connection, as the revolution in France and the italian revolts had a major effect on the stability of the monarchic systems, which led to the german revolution or polish uprisings.
Is there a mod, which expands this topic? I dream of a heavy second french revolution, a pan-german uprising and an Austria with heavy problems with its different nationalities - instead beeing rather stable all the time. If I'm correct, one of the two major mod-projects had something similar in, but as I've written, my last game is long ago.
