Sevenless may have a bit of an ego :P

But C&D & Perennial are meant to be hard to raise, I think. They're for the more powerful skills, and they're not as easy to acquire as say, hunting & gathering or whatever.

If we can't burn unnecessary stockpiles of them they're going to clog up inventories.
They already clog em up. I don't pick the things unless i have a feather.

Would be nice if we could get a indian fighting type skills and use them to make arrows.

He didn't say anything that they havn't already. C&D items were nerfed because it was way 2 easy to get murder day1 or 2.

Ye C&D is fine. Just raise your yellow bile and kill the cricket if you want an "easy" access to it, cricket team give some nice C&D, at least enough to get fencing in a short time.

Nab pugilism and you can kill em with 5 YB no sweat. Doable with punches but if you make a small mistake they KO you. Pain in the ass to do it efficiently though.

Another way to forage CD is to grab forage mode, head to a pine forest and collect old logs. Make em into wicked wickermen with the agriculture skill and you get some fairly nice CD gains. Not sure if it'd be faster than cricket teams or not, but you wouldn't need to be constantly scarfing food at least.

What does perennial actually affects? Even most expensive skills require 4 times less of perennial.

Perennial does nothing right now. But considering how hard it is to raise, the most common guess around is that it will be involved in witchcraft skills.

the idea there was, getting C&D from craftables rather than simply from forageables.

Funny i though it would influence the death and what/how much loose you would get from them, a bit like the belief in H&H. Although if it is what i think it is then yes the indian charm raising this stat easily is pretty good, you sure would want to raise this stat as much as you can if it reduce perma death impact. But you are probably true here also, since its related to religion, that was just the first thing i though about when i saw that stat.

My question might be a bit silly but how do you progress through the game right now with this purity reset? I'm mostly talking about increasing humours.
