If you've brought the game on steam you should be able to install it and play it straight after.
Does it appear on your games list. Have you installed it?
EDIT: There doesnt seem to be any codes for this game on STEAM just yet... just checked mine. Ill see what can be done.

Have you tried using the actual CD key? That is how it should work. Separate forum keys is something we are trying to avoid. In a perfect world you just need one key for both

The problem is that you don't get any keys, CD or forum, if you buy the game on steam.
Please contact steams support and they will give you the cd-key.

Bought the game a few days ago on steam during the sale and also have no CD-Key.
I tried contacting Steam support and they told me to "right click" on the game in library and verify the game cache. Of course that didn't help and I sent them a reply to my ticket reasking them to provide me the cdkey and I've included their answer below.
No CD key is included with Steam purchases of this game.
You will have to contact the publisher for other methods of registering the game.
All purchases made through Steam are registered to your Steam Account. You will not be required to install with an installation disc(s) or enter a CD Key at any point in time while using this game when purchased directly through Steam.
Games activated through Steam are registered to the Steam account, not the computer on which the game is installed.
As long as you have access to the account on which the game is registered, the game will be available for you to download, install, and play in your Library list regardless of the computer you are logged in on.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.
Anyway, seems like they don't give out cdkeys for registration on the forum... Any help possible here please?
Sorry to hear. Try logging a ticket with Pdx support as well. I have no CD-key either on my Steam activated game.

There ought to be more icon collectors in the same predicament interested in how to get this elusive one!
Well, just had to send/attach a proof of purchase (I just did a screenshot of my steam purchase email) and now I finally got the icon!
So everyone in the same case, be sure to keep the steam order email someplace safe.
