Liberating occupied territories (India)
Hi!
Does anybody know how could I liberate India. Currently I am playing as GB and I have most of the indian subcontinent under my control. However the provinces are technically japanese as Japan annexed India previously. So I have all the indian provinces, but I cannot liberate India. Does anybody know of any possibilities of achieving this. The TC modifier would make liberation preferrable to occupation.

I would change it myself but I don't know the Goa province number. Does anybody have a reference for that?
