Depends on how quickly the war ends, and when Munich is supposed to happen.
That being said, British attitude post-war is interesting: Will it go down a further route of isolationism - at least in regards to Europe, or will it intervene and bash everything that gets in its way with its big stick? I'd assume that the Brits might be too busy with America and the Pacific for Europe, but a Britain willing to invade the US might just be angry enough to bash Hitler into bits as well.

While ENG is busy in North America at this time, AND has worries in Asia with China and Jap kicking off...... ITA annexes Ethiopia... those troops don't come home, they are sent directly to Spain to aid the Nationalists. ... Tensions now in the Balkans with ITA becoming embroiled, BEEF becoming embroiled, FRA and SOV on the sidelines... GER sends arms shipments, but little else, Yes the Condor Legion, but on the scale of the war now, it means little.
Historical stuff like Munich, Sudetenland etc... will not happen, but other things will happen instead... but that's miles off into the future yet...

I like most of what razorbird789 has written above, but don't forget we now have the Baltic & East European Federation to consider... Yes, a defensive alliance(strongly so)...
FRA is in disarray. They've allowed the International Brigades passage through France, but weren't able to give enough concrete support to change the progress of the war.. without direct involvement.. and that was unlikely as WW1 is still a fresh memory... AND anyway... the French army now consists of 1-year conscripts, only trained in defensive warfare... they have forgotten how to attack?... Napoleon would turn in his grave to think of how things have become...
GER remains quiet and is watching.
ENG is still reorganising after the North American war and is involved in Asia .. as long as Gibraltar is ok, they will only watch...?
ITA/SPA ALLIANCE... What would they call it? Would want to have some kind of "glorious" name...

In October 1936, I have ITA complaining about their nationals within Austria (using Hitler's tactics against him!) .. Hitler agrees and calls for a plebicite.
Austria finally agrees, the plebicite is held, and the majority of pops in Innsbruck vote to join ITALY! Hitler is so surprised, it seems this Mussolini is as unscrupulous as he is... ! Of course, Mussolini has fixed the vote!
The ITA/SPA alliance (MAD?) next turn to Greece. Complaints are made ... BEEF becomes alarmed, as Greece is not a member of their alliance, and it would give ITA a foothold in the Balkans (Yugoslavia, who is a member of the alliance)... Things progress...

I had second thoughts on what I wrote earlier. So I've revised this somewhat: so forget Austria!
ITA + SPA (MAD) both separately announce Irrendentist Claims on:
SPA: Gibraltar, Morocco, Tunisia.
ITA: Dalmation coast of YUG, Albania, Ionian islands of Greece, Malta, Nice, Chambery (Savoy), Lugano (Swiss_Italian speakers), Corsica.
Hitler supports them of course.
BEEF alarmed, meet in urgent session. YUG is rearming.
Brit and French foreign ministers meet, but Brits urge caution and seek to make a deal to ease the tension (as they would in the late 1930s...)
Meetings, rising tensions, meetings.. conference with parties to "hammer out a solution"... Think EU ministers in Brussels...
Looks like MAD are going to get something for nothing... or WAR!

I did some nice events yesterday...
Do you remember when I had France in at the very beginning of the war (ENG vs USA), but took them out eventually.
Well I had those events just sitting there, and I hate to let stuff I've bled over, just go in the bin, SO...
I came up with an evil plan....
At game start, ENG and CAN are at war with USA.
ENG's empire is at stake, so it is a case of do or die with the USA...
ENG gets help from JAP..
ENG gets help from Mexico...
ENG gets help from its Commonwealth, eventually...
ENG requests FRA to come to its aid .. "at a time of extreme need... "
FRA has a choice, YES or NO...
If they refuse, this will have consequences if ENG wins the war, ESPECIALLY if they later also refuse if join in with ENG and JAP vs China and Russis in Asia... (another possibility for later in the year or the next year?)
So FRA decides its own destiny.
If it agrees and supports ENG, then its future economic happiness is assured, as they get a large swathe of North America (same map)... well until things heat up in Europe.
.. and of course, if they refuse, ... when things heat up in Europe, FRA is on its own.. and ENG may even side with GER...
.. and MAD (ITA and SPAIN) just happen to be about to launch a European war... well they just got some territory for free by just threatening to lauch a war... much like the "peacemaker" (true!... an event in the mod) Hitler...

Are you planning to radicalize France by then? A Communist victory and maybe a 3-way civil war if possible (communists vs far-right (supported by MAD) vs democrats (supported by ENG?)) would be cool but very unlikely (but it would cause a lot of wars for colonies and such..). What about other ways for France to expand? They would likely get involved in Spain or with Germany somehow...

For France:
If they support ENG, then all becomes rosy in the garden, as ENG then gives them their full support for any eventuality in Europe and elsewhere.
Their economy will blossom, as they will have huge territories in America to fund the debts at home.
If not, then FRA will very soon be on their own, surrounded by emergent Powers in ITA and SPA, and of course GER to the north.
I could see MAD taking on France, on the realisation that ENG isn't coming out to play.. with GER maybe annexing northern France, but nothing like in RL (Vichy etc), no need as their Fascist partners can take care of that.
Basically if FRA support ENG in America, then CSA doesn't occur and FRA get CSA land.
If not, then CSA occurs and CSA has those lands....

+1 I like. Plus the constant rebellion of the former USA territories will keep alot of troops over there, making it easier to give in to MAD & GER as troops in europe will be spread thin.
