Already converted EU3 save not working in Victoria

I have an EU3 save that's already been converted but when I launch it in Victoria 2 some countries don't appear.

What I did was put the output save in My documents>PI>save games

Downloaded the converter mod and put into c://program files/PI/AHD
Should it be in just the main Victoria 2 folder?

I am very lost.

You should ask this in the Converter mod thread, look for it in the Mod forum (sub-forum of Victoria forum).
This is the best way to be noted by the people that did the mod.
