i'm interested in overpowering finland after the winter war(1940) so it doesn't get steamrolled by the sovet union in 1941 and can hold off the hoardes. how would i create an event?

its relatively easy. the worst part would be finding all the necessary province IDs and defining the right triggers. just look upo an similar existing event. you can find some in my mod for example.
