Did anyone notice a nation that completely refused to do pregame diplomacy so far? If so, I might be able to sub a whole session today, so if somebody could mention a country that is likely to be vacant I could at least prepare a little bit for it.

mcd, im actually online like 18 hrs a day (not that I spend this amount of time in front of it obviously) and havent received any messages, thats why I thought so.
