Due to the recent partitioning of the Ottoman Empire by expansionistic foriegn powers, The German Empire shall boycott the 1908 London Olympic games. We urge other nations who are against tyranny to do likewise.
Due to the recent German butchery of the Russian Empire, the Indian Government feels inclined to slap the Kaiser with a salmon. As the Kaiser cannot be expected to travel to India, due to his vast bulk being too large for any means of transportation currently known, we shall instead make do with painting the German embassy with fish sauce.
Im afraid it applies to every nation. Our people are rightfully angry and desire to take their anger out on outsiders. We recommend all foreigners leave. Once the people calm down, you many return.
We also understand the Greek decision. We shall try to protect your embassy and loyal Greeks.
Lastly, the Ottoman Empire shall not attend the Olympics. We do not believe our athletes would be welcomed by many nations and we doubt many of our athletes would even want to attend in light of recent events.
At the recommendation of the Ottoman Sultan, I shall be ordering the leave of the Spanish Embassy from the Ottoman Empire at once, until further notice.

We thank the Ottoman Sultan and his Parliament for their cooperation, even though we have just undergone a brief war, you don't let yourself get to revanchism and anger, but instead govern thinking for the greater good.

The Chinese Empire sends its condolences to the Ottoman Empire. We, like you, have been forced by the militaristic and Imperialistic west to surrender our land and citizens to them despite being on the other side of the globe.
The Republic of Guatemala will of course send its athletes to attend the London Olympics and looks forward to a spirited competition in one of the world's greatest cities. We suggest that, in the future, attendance will be considered automatic unless the country in question specifically wishes to boycott the Games.
Guatemala would also like to express its admiration of the United Kingdom's speedy and equitable negotiated settlement to hostilities in Eastern Europe. We hope that the members of the Atlantic Defense Network have realized the shortcomings in the Treaty of Brest and will act quickly to amend its terms to prevent further incidents of this nature.
Finally, as President of Guatemala, I would like to announce an upcoming effort to provide tax incentives and tariff reductions to all foreign corporations that wish to invest in the future of Guatemala and our natural resources, with preference given to those corporations headquartered in the Americas. In conjunction with this legislative effort, I will order our national police to crack down on corruption, smuggling, and banditry, so as to create a safe and profitable environment in which business might flourish.
It is my hope that, as the true heirs of the Mayan Empire and the chosen people of Minerva and the Virgin Mary, Guatemala will co-exist peacefully and prosperously alongside the other nations of the world.

The Imperial German embassy in Constantinople will be taking its leave for the duration of the troubles of the Ottoman Empire. We remain steadfast friends of the Ottomans.
The Australian Commonwealth will be attending the 1908 Olympic Games in the great city of London. We give our athletes cheers and good luck!

Also we would like to inform the OE that Russia has not taken part in the this whole mess regarding the partition of the Ottoman Empire, we in fact provided recently with the 25% cost needed to repair the Bosporus Strait.
All this done for the sake to improve our relations, we fear that taking out our citizens and diplomatic corps of the country will destroy all what we worked for.
In light of the recent Government issued warning by the Ottoman Empire, we hereby instruct our nationals to leave Ottoman territory until the security conditions allow for a safe return. In light of these sad events, we join our voice to those that believe that there are errors to be corrected in the Treaty of Brest.

As such, we announce the temporary closure of our embassy in Turkey and the withdrawal of the Dutch Ambassador to Constantinople and his assorted staff. We pray for a swift return to stability in the Near-East.

We will remember that you are one of the few countries who did not savage our nation. That alone is worth a lot diplomatically to us. It is also understandable that you fear taking out your citizens and diplomatic corps might harm our recent diplomatic improvements. However, if you don't take them out, we doubt they will be around for much longer. We promise to continue to work with you. This is not a sign that we do not wish to cooperate. We simply dont want to see anybody's citizens harmed.
The United States of America is concerned about the current situation in the Ottoman Empire and the recent partitions. The actions of ADEN were particularly disturbing as its actions clearly fell outside of the intended purposes of that treaty. In light of the current troubles the United States will issue an advisory for its citizens in the Empire and offer its Embassy as a place of refuge if required. As conflicts should be fought be soldiers not civilians. Furthermore, the United States shall deploy a flotilla of cruisers to the Eastern Mediterranean to protect our interests and provide an evacuation route if necessary.

The Shah is dead, long live the Shah!
Today all of Persia is one in mourning for the late Mozaffar al-Din Shah Qajar, former Sultan and Shahanshah of Persia. He died peacefully last night, while asleep. He brought a wave of industrial development to Persia, and as his son I will continue his work of modernization.Although the Ottoman Empire has issued a warning to foreigners with their empire, the Persian embassy within the Ottoman Empire will remain.
On a more lighter note, Persian athletes will be attending the London Olympics. Best of luck to all athletes!
