Yes, yes, we will be criticised by some foreign nations about this. But those nations should first see what have they done in the past before speaking about Russia. Many hypocrites will soon start yelling for ideas they don't truly support with the goal to harm Russia.

The Republic of Brazil hopes to continue to expand our trade with countries around the world, our production of coffee and rubber shall rise and much wealth will come into the nation, our potential for development must be exploited and new markets opened to our products, both in Brazil and in foreign nations.
The government also hopes to settle current issues with Bolivia and to gain closer relations with the Argentines.
OOC: Hey, have we gotten the cost of stuff issue solved yet (and the Treaties of Sofia and Belgrade adjusted accordingly)?
OOC: The game has JUST started. U have up to 1st of June to send the orders. Among them, the treaty u signed. That update Fry gave is to give us events to talk about.
The Argentine Republic is glad to accept the offer made by Brazil for closer relations. We hope we can pust aside our past grievences and grow closer like good neighborns.
In that spirit, we look forward to start negotiations with our Chilean counterpart to settle once and for all our border dispute; only last year we were able to avoid a costly war thanks to goodwill on both sides. Then we will be able to say that all of our borders were settled peacefully like ordered, modern nations do.
Among the few resources Russia doesn't produce, coffee and rubber are among them. The Russian Empire would like to sign a trade deal with the Empire of Brazil, starting off as soon as possible. We hope this will develop a close relation between our two Empire's.
Finally, we sent our good wishes to Brazil so they can peacefully end the conflicts the have with Bolivia.

The French Republic agrees with the Brazilian and Argentine Republics about the necessity to settle the borders in South America peacefully, as indeed befits modern democratic nations.
We are also pleased by Brazil's attitude towards free trade, and hope it will materialize itself in concrete measures to further stimulate international trade and the resulting prosperity.

The Kingdom of Serbia hereby extends an offer to sign trade treaties with its neighbours, Romania and Bulgaria.

A new century has dawned on the world, may it be one that highlights the exceptional qualities of man. May it be a century of mutual peace and prosperity for all the nations of the world. With liberty and democracy guiding the world on this righteous path. And as such, the United States of America will frown upon any actions taken to disrupt this cherished ideals, particularly in the Americas.
The United States of America would also like to address the Cuban situation. They have been freed from the yoke of imperialism and tyranny, and will soon be able to stand as their own state. To aid in their development, the United States of America will make a large contribution to reconstruction and further development on the island.
The United States of America also desires to address the situation in the Philippines. The Filipino people have also only recently been freed from the colonial yoke of an imperialist power. However, much work needs to be done in order to help develop this state both economically and politically.
The United States of America is open to increased economic ties with all the nations of the world and hopes that mutual prosperity can be ensured. We are also open to developing closer economic and political ties with our American neighbors.
The French Republic wishes that the ideals of democracy to which we adhere wholeheartedly can also be brought to Cuba, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines as soon as possible.
I applaud the efforts from our friends to the north to spread democracy both west and east, once again proving their might against the enemies of democracy.
We also hope that closer cooperation between american states can happen and offer a hand of friendship to the US.

His Majesty, King Oscar the Second of Sweden and Norway, announces his intention to both bring about the unity of the Swedish and Norwegian people, through means satisfactory to both, and to turn the nations of Sweden and Norway into a prosperous and influential power on the world stage.
