WiR: Changes in the Stats
As many of you have seen, the stats have been changed. A lot. I re-did my old formula from the ground up, and added in a few things. Most notable are the new Equipment and Mobilization Penalty Levels. Equipment represents how much supplies your army has, and directly correlates to your spending on military goods and upkeep. Mobalization Penalty deals with warfare and mobilization. This counter is set to 100% for everyone, and it counts down. A nation that mobilizes will receive a 10% hit right off the bat, and will lose -2% every year they are mobilized. When they demobalize, they will gain back 10%, and gain back 1% for every year they are at peace until they reach 100%.
Here is the new formula for incomes. For everyone who likes to toy with it.
Income = Trade Balance + (Mobilization Penalty*(0.189*(((Infrastructure*1.5)*(Base))+(Ind ustry*1000))+(Colonial Infrastructure*400)))-(Equipment*(1*((Army Level*(Regulars/100))+(Army Level*(Conscripts/200))+(Naval Level*(Large Ships*100)))+(Naval Level*(Small Ships*50))+(Naval Level*(Submarines*25))+(Naval Level*(Dreadnoughts*300))+(Naval Level*(Carriers*750))+(Air Force Level*(Fighters*5))+(Air Force Level*(Bombers*10))))
Code:
General Costs
Industry: 15,000
Infran: cost=2515.1515(level)+.39759
Large Ship: 10,000
Small Ship: 5,000
Dread: 55,000
Aircraft Carrier: 300,000
Sub: 3,500
Army Level: cost=1005.0505(level)+.49748
Navy Level: cost=1005.0505(level)+.49748
Air Force Level: cost=906.5656(level)+3.6262
Because of Infran's new ability to create massive amounts of income, I have revised the way it is purchased. It is now a formula, listed above, like the rest of the income. The area marked (level) is the level you wish to go to from your current level. If a nation had 20 Infran, and wished to go to 22, it would first have to calculate using 21 as the level, than 22 as the level. Adding those to numbers together would get the price for those two levels, which would be 108,152 Gold.
All nations with infrastructure currently building will be retroactively charged for it. It will be a new category in it's own for you all, and will NOT effect the debt ceiling limit nor anything else. It will just be a debt that you MUST pay back.
