Treaty of Paris

This treaty stipulates the creation of the Entente Cordiale, and the terms of this agreement, which will be signed by those who wish to join the Entente.

1) The signatory nations compromise, within one year, to remove significant restrictions to the circulation of people, as long as a valid passport of a member country is presented.

1.1) Exception to the above rule is if there is an ongoing judicial accusation or a judicial sentence preventing individuals from entering or leaving the country.

1.2) Citizens with passports from signatory nations are to be extradited on request from signatory nations to whom said individual is a citizen of, request which must include a copy of the accusation and evidence found, and be approved by the highest instance criminal court of the country.

1.3) There will be freedom of circulation for university students and medics, without prejudice of previous points, and the right to political asylum of a member nation's citizens in other Entente nations will be respected.

2) The signatory nations compromise themselves to seek the moderation of other Entente nations to solve disputes between Entente nations

3) The Entente will have a voluntary Cordial Trust fund, to be administered by Swiss bank managers, to act as a source for loans at competitive rates, for eligible Entente countries, to foster economic growth.

3.1) To be eligible, a country must sign and respect the Entente agreements, and fulfill some conditions:
a) Said country must not default on any financial obligations to another Entente country, or to this fund.
b) Said country must make a minimum yearly contribution to the fund, which can be paid in advance or voluntarily increased. This contribution will be evaluated by Swiss economists, based on the economy of each country, and it will be rewarded with interest.
c) Said country must fulfill the conditions of the loan, unless they are renegotiated with the agreement of all currently contributing countries.
d) Should there be a shortage of funds to issue loans, the countries without any currently unpaid loan will be given priority.
e) Citizens of the signatory Entente countries will be eligible to invest their money in this fund, even if their country has opted out of eligible status for the Cordial Trust fund.
f) Interest on the money will be given yearly, and it will be indexed to the average interest rate of the loan. Interest rates of the loan will vary according to duration, size, and still outstanding loans.

4) Entente nations will have most-favored nation in commercial purchases and deals from other Entente nations, and tariffs will be kept at a maximum of 16% in all commerce between Entente Nations.

The Kingdom of the Netherlands

By request of Her Majesty, the Dutch signature on the Treaty of Paris has been rescinded. We would prefer to maintain our neutrality in all things, and ambivalence to European affairs proves more advantageous to us.

The treaty does not place the signatories's neutrality in danger. May I remind you that France is also in a similar state of armed neutrality as the Kingdom of the Netherlands once was?
We can only understand such an action by threats of military action coming from Berlin, seeking to bully a sovereign nation into submission. In that event, we can only ask for bravery and defiance from the Dutch government, as Germany is not invincible, as the Russian Campaign is making clear.

The Kingdom of the Netherlands

No threats have been made to the Kingdom of Netherlands from anyone. Her Majesty's Government simply would rather be neutral in all regards when it comes to European affairs.

We are not surprised by the French statement.

We remind the French President that Germany is in fact winning the Russian campaign. We also remind the French that the Dutch may simply have decided that they do not want to sign the treaty of Paris. Maybe there is no outside interference at all and it is simply an internal decision. It would seem that the French President along with the Russian Tsar blame everything on the German Kaiser. Not everything is his fault you know...

What we have blamed to the Kaiser that he isn't guilty of? Please explain us.

And secondly, what is Bulgaria stance towards the invasion of Korea by the Empire of Japan?

Up to now we have refuted everything Bulgaria has accused of, we left Tsar Ferdinand speechless in the last argument.

The French Republic announces "Levée en Masse"

Kaiser Wilhelm, stand down your men, or France will be forced to declare war upon your nation. Europe must not be bled due to the folly of one emperor!

It is clear that warmongering Germany has declared war on Russia in their attempt to gain more land and resources to fuel their military-industrial complex. The whole thing of defending their "Japanese allies" was just the perfect excuse for them.

Russia offered peace to Japan with just and logical terms and used war as a last attempt. Germany never really cared for Japan, not even offer themselves to act as arbiter to avoid war, THEY JUST WANT WAR. No matter how and when, they just want war.

Now, hundred of thousands of Germans are being sent to their graves in Russia, for what? A madman dream of world conquest? To defend people they don't know or share any history record? Let the future answer that.

To the nations going to war to to help Germany, know that this will spark a conflict of unprecedented proportions.

We offered the Japanese peace, a reasonable peace, we just wanted Japan out of Korea and a small economic compensation ((500$)) to Korea for the damaged done and the lives lost. Yet Germany, "The Defender of Japan" never spoke about a possible war with Russia to make us back off, didn't even spoke of peace between Russia and Japan, it just waited until both nations confronted each other to jump. An opportunistic nation with lack of honour, they will surely said "we honoured our treaty!" But yet you didn't honour the basic ethic ideas of searching peace.

Helping Germany, will only bring misery to your nations, fathers, brothers and sons will be lost, towns and cities destroyed and relations with countries tarnished for long time to come

Many of you cried that we converted Balkans states into our puppets, now you can clearly see that was just yellow press talking. We tell you, don't be Germany puppets.

Citoyens de France!

Germany has again shown itself as a menace to stability in Europe. Their dreams of subduing Europe under their iron heel are translated by their vile war of aggression towards the Russian Empire. They are a strong people, as only a strong people could have bested France 30 years ago, even if we were led by an incompetent and tyrannical monarchy, and so they must not be underestimated.

The Germans may propagandize their equipment, claiming it to be as superior as they believe themselves to be compared to the other peoples of Europe. Yet, such arrogance will be their downfall, as we French have the courage and the fighting spirit to overcome all obstacles, if we stay united.

The French Republic declares an immediate and complete embargo to the German Empire, and urges all civilized nations of the world to do the same, to force Germany to abandon their attempts to conquer Europe. If that does not bring the Kaiser to the table, then other actions might be required, and we must be stalwart and ever vigilant.

Last, but certainly not the least, we announce our full support to the Russian stance in negotiations regarding it's current conflicts, we urge Japan to accept the Russian peace terms, and we again express our profound hatred of the German intentions for proceeding with the war, and our gratitude to all those who are working to make sure those intentions do not come to be. And now, let us sing...

The French Republic condemns the Central Powers's attempt at creating disorder and at planting the seeds of war in the Balkan region, and demands that they step down and avoid intervening in the Balkans, for if they do so, we shall be forced to take further actions.

Which is why the German Empire armed Italy, a country which is mobilizing itself for war in the Balkans, and Bulgaria, a country who has just recently invaded Greece.

Why would France or Russia invade Bulgaria? In case you did not notice, it is Germany who invades other sovereign nations without any excuse.

Don't try to use your poor designed propaganda with us, is just another try to use your infamous "Teutonis Hipocraticus to try to justify all your actions while trying to make look bad everything your adversaries do, even if it's the same things Germany do or even smaller.

But indeed we are preparing for war, Germany's belligerent attitude and actions have forced us to do so.

We signed a defensive alliance with Bulgaria 2 years ago, how can that pose a threat to Bulgaria? Also, we are not waging a war of aggression towards our neighbour, another show of "Teutonis Hipocraticus", we came to the defence of Korea independence when Japan invaded them out of the blue, so we declared war to Japan after we tried to use diplomacy to avoid bloodshed, after that Germany declared on Russia over the basis that we were "against the independence of Japan", so Germany is trying to use our casus belli against us, and yet call us aggressors while they are doing the same thing.

A clear fault of Germany foreign politics. Germany alone has just show the world that they are a country that they lack the honour. They don't care for Bulgaria, they never did....

Germany, a country who accuses everyone of being warmongers while having the biggest and most advanced standing army in the planet.

The only thing Germany did was to attack our Latin, showing that you can't refute the rest of our points. All of our points are proven with facts while you act as being the "Owner of the Truth" without real factual support.

You are trying to convince the world or just yourself about the lies you preach? Now Germany is a peace-loving country, right? Claimed that Russia wanted to destroy Balkans balance, while it was Russian lack of intervention in 1901 that created the whole mess the Balkans are now.

In stead of trying to balance it, Germany has just created more mess, putting Slavic brothers against each other.

Germany is not doing the same thing. Russia is protecting the independence of a sovereign state, independence which was signed by Japan after the Sino-Japanese war. Kaiser Wilhelm is not protecting the independence of Japan, as it was not threatened in any way by Russian actions, but is instead trying to find an excuse to justify the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Germans and Russians, when they have no justification at all.

Why Germany? Because we stood up in defence of the weak while you supported the annexation of Korea by Japan while defending the liberation of Poland, composed solely from Russian lands and never with German ones? Why Germany thinks Japan has the right to make Korea their colony? Or even annex it? Please...explain the world, why?

This is a rather large list. As for leaving me speechless in the last argument, I had the last word.

All that were in fact actions made by Germany, or Bulgaria thinks that the invasion of Russia made by Germany, is not Germany action? Mhm...complex ideas flowing through Bulgaria...

(cof cof cof)

"And secondly, what is Bulgaria stance towards the invasion of Korea by the Empire of Japan? "

Also, we explained what we done, Greece showed that it was true, and you never answered back, you just thanked Greece.

Perhaps the Tsar would benefit from some cough syrup? He seems to be suffering from an irritation of the throat, causing him to cough.

The Swedish Government would be happy to provide some if they are required.
