The people of Russia have shown what they are made of, facing the most advanced and trained army in the planet we managed to inflict looses of about 145,000 German soldiers in two battles. We have show the world that Germany army in open field can be defeated with courage and hard work. They though that invading Russia would be a walk through the park, but our soldier proved them wrong! Yet though initial success we must not rest, this is just the beginning of a long struggle of survival we must endure. I, Czar Nicholas II, call all Russian armed forces to fight stronger than before, you will show the world that no bully, no power-hunger expansionist nation can do whatever it wants with other nations.

And the 145,000 sons that Germany has lost is all responsibility of no other but Kaiser Wilhelm II, a man who speak of peace and understanding in the Balkans yet it as the same time the director of the largest invasion the world has seen. That he, that accused Russia of making the Balkan nations our puppets have aligned them with the Central Powers. Teutonis Hipocraticus some scholars have started to call his politics.

More importantly, we thank all the help France has given to Russia, without it, the Kaiser's dream of world domination could become a reality. We shall not forget the help they sent us, not only to save Russia but also the civilized world. All who align with Germany will sooner or later see that aligning with them is a quick way to loose your independence, just look at the Danubian Federation, they can't follow an own foreign policy without Germany permission. Other nations of the world hear our words now, for once you sell your soul to the Devil, there is no turning back.

Finally, the war with Germany will continue until they present us with reasonable peace terms, up to now the only thing they proposed us is creating a Free Poland made entirely of Russian land, is a clear show that they don't really care for a free Poland or for the Polish people, they never brought the subject of giving their "Polish Land" or the territories of the Danubian Federation habited by Polish to the newly created state of Poland they so much support. Germany just wants to weaken Russia. If you ever interfere with their plans, they won't think twice of invading you.

We ask the Polish people living in Russia not to believe Germany lies, they don't really care for you at all, for them is the same if you are alive or dead if that helps them in their plans, resist them, work against them, fool them. Help Russia and Russia will help you, our Czar has proved to be among the most progressive leaders this time has seen, with the last reforms made that give people of Russia the rights of 10 hours work, a minimum salary law, an old-age pension fund, and even public healthcare. When the conflict with Germany is over, the Czar promise that he will work with the Polish people.

Ooc: Please rundstedt change the map to the Original one without dot - its fine, and i hereby accept the borders in it.

The Kingdom of Greece wishes to know - when - have the Serbian and the Greek Kingdom ever inulsted the Tsardom of Bulgaria. We are impressed by the power of arms ob Negotiations today. An Agreement, signed and reached by common sense, will be swapped by Arms of the Great Powers - if it is in their interest.

Why such a fuss about it? Only the Bulgaro-Turkish border is agreed upon in the treaty, the other borders are not even mentioned. They do not matter at all, and are neither rejected not guaranteed by this agreement.

Treaty of Berlin
[X] Umberto I, by the Grace of God and the Will of the Nation, King of Italy.

The Kingdom of Italy urges nations of Greece, Serbia and Montenegro to sign a armistice with Albania immediately, our patience is wearing thin and will we consider military intervention if our demands aren't met.

We also send our best wishes to German soldiers fighting in Russia, may God grant you victory.

Dutch-German Non-Aggression Pact

The signatories hereby agree to the following conditions:
  • Under no circumstances shall Dutch or German soldiers be allowed within the opposite nation's borders in order to conduct warfare or to conduct war-related actions.
  • Under no circumstances will neutral Dutch shipping be targeted by the German navy, and vice versa.
  • The traditional Dutch-German friendship and companionship will be re-affirmed.

Signed,
[X] Prime Minister of Her Majesty's Government Abraham Kuyper of the Kingdom of the Netherlands
[ ] His Imperial and Royal Majesty, Wilhelm II, German Emperor and King of Prussia

The French Republic condemns the Central Powers's attempt at creating disorder and at planting the seeds of war in the Balkan region, and demands that they step down and avoid intervening in the Balkans, for if they do so, we shall be forced to take further actions.

The Empire of the Great Qing reminds the Republic that the Balkans is already a devastated war zone. Mutual delineation of borders, as outlined between the Ottoman Empire and the Tsardom of Bulgaria, is a move away from war and towards peaceful co-operation.

Which is why the German Empire armed Italy, a country which is mobilizing itself for war in the Balkans, and Bulgaria, a country who has just recently invaded Greece.

The Qing should be worried instead with the Japanese troops using their territory to base their war of aggression towards Korea and the Russian Empire.

The Japs are merely passing through, as many people do. Bulgaria has also settled it's borders with Greece and Serbia, why they would go to war again so soon is beyond the Empire of the Great Qing.

We do not understand the French reasoning, do you think we are an unstable nation? Do you think we are stupid enough to sign a peace treaty with a nation and then immediately attack it again. If we wanted to attack Greece then we would have continued to attack them and would not have signed a peace treaty. We also do not understand why the French mention the Germans supplying us with weapons. We have every right to want the best military possible don't we? Or do you just want it weak for when you and Russia invade?

Why would France or Russia invade Bulgaria? In case you did not notice, it is Germany who invades other sovereign nations without any excuse. It is a right of all nations to arm themselves, but when you are both armed and mobilized, it is expected that you are readying your country to war. If that is not true, then I request the demobilization of Bulgarian forces, to prevent tensions from rising in the area, which is our only goal in the Balkans.

We wish to remind Bulgaria, that two years ago they signed the following treaty with Russia.

Treaty of Sofia:

-The Tsardom of Bulgaria and the Russian Empire enter into a formal defensive alliance. Also allowing free passage of troops between nations.

-The Tsardom of Bulgaria and the Russian Empire shall establish trade relations.

-The Russian Empire shall invest in both Bulgarian industry and infrastructure (2,000$ on Industry, 1,500 on infrastructure )

-The Russian Empire shall send officers to train the Bulgarian Army

-The Tsardom of Bulgaria will lower tariffs to Russian goods to near 0%

-The Tsardom of Bulgaria will only supply it's army and navy with Russian material.

Is France not mobilized, and has it not most recently undertaken changes to improve the prowess of its armies? Does that mean you are preparing for war aswell? Spare the nations of the world your hypocritic talk. Bulgaria and the Ottoman Empire are an example to all nations in the world, settling their dispute by peaceful means, and the German Empire is glad to have played a minor role in the negotiations.

As for the Treaty of Sofia, it is of course for the Bulgarian Tsar to answer, but we find it, interesting, to say the least, that the Russian Tsar insists on a Treaty which he himself is unable to fullfill.

Your nation has aquired a huge debt - how do you intend to invest in Bulgaria?

Your industry can not even supply your own forces with enough arms and ammunition - how do you intend to supply the Bulgarian army?

Your officers failed to hold Poland even with twice the German numbers - how do you intend to train the Bulgarian army in warfare?

Don't try to use your poor designed propaganda with us, is just another try to use your infamous "Teutonis Hipocraticus to try to justify all your actions while trying to make look bad everything your adversaries do, even if it's the same things Germany do or even smaller.

Regarding Bulgaria, we did sent the money intended to boost their economy, yet somehow it ended in the pockets of corrupt Bulgarian politicians, you can clearly see that we boosted Serbia industry 80% in a single year. Showing that Russia always comply with it's word.
Our industry can supply our own army, we received supply for an army of 2 million men. Up to now the industry is doing fine. Don't worry about it...or should you?

And finally, a small detachment of our army faced the whole brute of your offensive force, Germany, considered the most powerful army in the world couldn't beat an army made exclusive of conscripts, I fail to see what you are so pride of.

But indeed we are preparing for war, Germany's belligerent attitude and actions have forced us to do so.

Then how can you blame Bulgaria for doing the same, when Greece and Russia, both close to Bulgaria, are much more "belligerent" than the German Empire? Unlike the German Empire, these two nations are waging wars of agression against their neighbours!
