Turrets on Stations

I tried to find a thread about this topic, but couldnt find (maybe im too dumb to use the search function, but then its not very handy....)

Is there a possibilty now to change manually the turrets on ur stations .. to place for example a rocket turret on ur naval base etc... and if there is, how can this be done.
