You could try making a loop service. That involves making a tram go all the way around a particular area without having to turn around and come back the other way. And by doing that you can have two separate lines going in opposite directions for the inside and outside tracks. A great advantage with this approach is your tram gets back to the start of its run quicker and you're less likely to get your vehicles jammed.
You're gonna have to make a loop at the end. It's also a lot easier and it keeps the services running faster.
