Alternate history thread? (for sharing ideas/scenarios)

Would it be possible to have an alternate history thread for those who can't quite make mods or would rather share creative scenarios for anyone to borrow (almost like the alternate history wiki, of which I couldn't sign up for just now)? Would this be possible or is there already a thread on this?

Your best option would be to open a thread in whichever game forum you are interested in, its not really AAR related
