    How about giving an estimate number on enemy convoy/escort pool in espionage window. As usual, the more spies the more accurate data. This could add some flavour to atlantic war.

    What about being able to used scorched earth during a voluntary retreat and also being able to stop a province being repaired? All too often I've scorched a province only to see it being repaired even when I have many other provinces earmarked for repairs.

    That would be great. Another option could to repair infra only. Sometimes only infra is needed due to low ESE.

    When I read your post I had the totally freaking idea that having embassies on the map would allow us to assign our military leaders as military attachés to them. Depending on their skill and traits they could substantially improve either our military espionage or support the research of our allies.

    One more step ahead would be adding a new option to diplomacy: 'send military (training) mission' which would allow us to lend several of our leaders to our allies who can freely use - but NOT promote - them. von Falkenhausen would be a prime example.

    +1 Maybe even allow them to improve the training of allied armies too, maybe at the cost of IC or money (I'm in particular thinking of Germany and Italy).

    As "whatever"? Do you remember the old HoI2 or DD spy system? AoD is like godlike compared to DD.

    I believe there were so few historical examples and they are covered by events already.
    Oh and I just looked at you link with Improvement List XXII, when I get some sleep I'm gonna read all parts

    One more idea:
    New event command: type = transfer_unit which = defines_unit who = defines_new_owned_TAG
    It would be very good for modders to fix vichy fleet takeover from france f.e. Basicly the aplications are endless.
    It just transfers units to another coutry. If possible not to transfer pool, but simply change owner.
