But watch out, now it's Simon's turn to play![]()
lol those dwarves seem really lazy in contrast to Dungeon Keeper imps
I'm throwing money at the screen but nothing's happening!!! I think your money vacuum is broken!!!
By the way. . . . .
That intro to the game I think is 110% awesome!
And the menu and over-land looks outstanding!
I cannot wait to get my hands on this.

In fact, giving to yogscast the possibility to make a video on your game is probably the best publicity idea you may have. Smart, you are.

Ah a great watch, I can't wait to play. This and xcom are the only games I'm planning on buying this year new![]()
I'm so excited for the new X-Com (real) I have all the old games. Love TBT and it looks soo good!![]()
Same - when I saw that news I'm sure my heart skipped a beat or two
That game from the (what was it 1980s 1990s) was awesome!
But we digress from the thread. . . . . . just shows you what even the news of a great game can do to you. . . . . .Like x-com and A Game Of Dwarves.

Nice marketing technique you havegoing there![]()
The first thing I see is it would be nijce to be able to build bridges across gaps.
"A dagger in the dark is worth a thousand swords at dawn." - Warhammer
"Your words are as empty as your future. I am the vanguard of your destruction, this exchange is over." - Sovereign
Are there also rectractable brigdes or drawbridges? That would be amazing :-D
Way off topic from the original post but. . . . back in the 80s there was a game “X-Com” that was awesome. Someone took it and made a game now called X-Com, but it is nothing at all like that original game. So now in the making there is a new game coming out that is redoing the original “X-Com” game . . . the true X-Com game . . . http://www.xenonauts.com/

I can PERSONALLY assure you that this Firaxis X-Com sequel is indeed a true successor to the original, having both the tactical, strategy and campaign elements. But with both evolved quite heavily to reduce tediousness in the UI and routine management. Xenonauts is an admirable CLONE but only a clone, as we can still play the original with Dos-Box I don't particularly see what need Xenonauts fills however well made it may be.
