Whats good food for raising yellow bile?

I've heard a couple but the one i used the most is sugarcaps. Find a grassland and go to town on them. They got a nice spread on all the other stats also. I've been able to keep everything nice and balanced with them.

That's not true. They're a blood food. They barely give any yellow bile points at all and the most likely events are those with lots of blood points.

You could do it with 5 tbh as long as you have stomp and don't let the beaver hit you, it takes 3 stomps to kill a beaver
