Indeed. MEIOU is best enjoyed while not crashed.
It also happens to be best enjoyed when you find a country you can play as and win without cheating.
Going for a Firenze > Tuscany > Italy game.
Tried Kiev earlier to create once again the GRAND KIEVAN RUS EMPIRE, but, uh, not much luck.
