The United States of America is hereby recognized as Dominion of the United Kingdom of Great Britain,
United Kingdom of Great Britain and the United States of America will share a common sovereign and head of state, to be titled the King of United States of America,
The common sovereign of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and the United States of America has the right to appoint a deputy, to be titled the Royal Governor, to exercise royal power within the United States of America when the sovereign is not present,
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and the United States of America are to be bound in perpetual alliance,
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and the United States of America will share a common foreign policy, as set by Whitehall,
The United States of America has the right to send a diplomatic delegation to Whitehall for consultation on foreign matters
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and the United States of America will share a common military headquarters in London for strategic planning,
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and the United States of America will levy no tariffs on each other’s goods, and regard all goods from the other as internally made,
The United States of America will continue to make use of pound sterling (£),
The United Kingdom of Great Britain will transfer 2 large ships and 4 small ships to the United States of America to help establish the Untied States Navy,
The United Kingdom of Great Britain will transfer 25 gold to the United States of America to compensate for any loses casused by General Howe’s actions,
General Howe is to be tried in Boston for his crimes.
