Where are the patches if you bought from Amazon?

I bought from Amazon and my game version appears to be 1.1.02. I've searched all over both Amazon and your various websites and I can't find a way to patch the game. Please let me know if the Amazon download version is receiving any support at all so I can know if I need to just request a refund and go ahead and delete the game.

Updates are normally delivered through the site where the game was purchased or if it requires Steam activation then through Steam. Alternatively, you find the updates here:

Update your game to the latest version by downloading all the missing updates.
