How do I cancel sending tribute to a Horde? Do I really have to declare war without CB for an awful -2 stability hit? Will they eventually declare war on me again? It's past the truce end date, as well.
How do I cancel sending tribute to a Horde? Do I really have to declare war without CB for an awful -2 stability hit? Will they eventually declare war on me again? It's past the truce end date, as well.
The only way is by declaring war and no there are no CBs against hordes. While a human-played horde can declare war on a country paying tribute I don't think the AI ever does.
