I got a question concerning provinces. I want to change the region and area distribution of some provinces in Europe, eg. Bolzano changed from "Northern Italy" to "Austria". Thanks to Fernando I found the correct file in this directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\darkest hour a hoi game\map\Map_1.
Now, the great thing about DH and the game launcher is that you can have several Game versions without changing the checksum of the initial DH Full. I created a copy of DH Full for my own game that is going to be modded. But if I change the file in the directory above, will that just not mess up all my game versions since it's not in my own (modded) DH Full folder? Isn't there a way to make the province changes only affect my modded version of DH Full, leaving the others untouched?
