Main changes:
Ton of new provinces in Sindh, Gujurat and Rajputana
Changes to flags and such
All known crashes fixed, 30 year run as Ottomans is completely stable
Missions altered (some Vanilla missions improved, some new ones fixed)
Same with decisions

Here's the surprise Vaisakhi present!Every single vanilla province in the world has been redrawn with better, more natural borders! There is not a single province in the entire map left which still has the old, curved smooth Vanilla borders.
Well, actually there are a few, but only Japan and Sumatra, which have small enough borders not to really need redrawing. And the wasteland provinces, mostly.
