Yes, it makes the game much more fun Some pictures are really hard to find, and in some cases its need to use postcard pictures... Specially cities on URSS and Eastern Asia...

Someone's doing a similar mod for HoI III, I'm sure you two could collaborate on pictures for the historic time period (he has most of the Balkans and Eastern Europe completely done).

i'm slightly (very slightly) disappointed with the fact that scotland seems to be well done but wales gets no pictures at all, perhaps Cardiff could be done? I'd also like to see all of the England have pictures being as all the provinces are major settlements . Japan would also be nice! But good work so far.

Its only version 1. On the next version i expect to add more 50 cities
But i didnt touch scotland, it already comes with the game

Could you show what picture of Vaasa you used? Vaasa is my hometown and I did not recognize it from that pic.

I used an old postcard. But if you want i will try to search a better picture, but its really really hard to find a vaasa coloured picture of the period...

my comment was directed at the DH devs (in a nice way). I know province pics are not a high priority and they did well adding so many already, so i was wondering if you'd add them for this mod

This is a great idea... Lacking the time to fiddle with the pictures but still wanting to help, I'll leave you a few suggestions for some of Argentina's provinces (this has turned out to be quite hard, few old images online and most of them are very generic):

- Viedma
- Rosario
- Mendoza
- Cordoba
- Tucuman
- San Juan

Ha, my bad, reading failure up there. It's going to be pretty hard to get color pictures of hereabouts that are pre WW2, the technology was quite unknown here until end of the '50s if I'm not much wrong. I could fish around for pictures from the '60s, not sure if that would ruin the feeling of the times. (I'm pretty sure some of those in color I posted above are hand colored after the fact, it was pretty common with postcards here before the '60s.)

Good luck. Although I have a proposal for you. I just restarted the World Pica mod today. It was never finished but right before it died I was made a member of the team. So, would you like to collaborate in any way? We could always combine our current progress to finish the nods under one name. PM me if you do want to collaborate. If not, good luck!
Also,I need to check the files but you may be installing this wrong, I'll explain in the PM, but the way you have the install right now will make this incompatible with mods.
