1: The shard
2: Canary wharf
3: Houses of Parliment
For the 1967 Stock we'll just change the Brighton Roller 72 a bit. But Sub-Surface stock is necessary. Also, leave some place open for a lot of above ground stations. I want to build the Met Mainline. (and if possible, the Northern Heights). A tube without large above ground sections would be like Paris.
If you're feeling like it, give us Thameslink as a metro line ^^
We now have these very buses roaming the streets of Newcastle and Gateshead

I would totally vote for a conversion of the existing Citaro (The one with 28 seats that came in the free DLC) to an articulated bus! IMO there's a lack of just plain normal articulated busses in the game, and the London DLC would be a good opportunity to fix that. Also I'd like to see one of the newer double-deckers from great britain, I am sure the british users will suggest one that fits perfectly. And also, i would vote for the S-Stock from London Underground: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:LU...at-Watford.jpg
I vote for the D78 Stock, the 1959 stock and the new Routemaster bus
In terms of landmarks, I would suggest Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace.
Don't forget the legendary 1938 stock. Would be a shame if it weren't featured.
Of all the things not mentioned yet, I really, really want to see The Leaky Cauldron and Diagon Alley
Mentioned before: A real working Tower Bridge.
For the tramway:
A tram-only Kingsway Subway (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingsway_tramway_subway) with its two subway stations Holborn and Aldwych. Either you add the ability to build tramway subways in game or you have to prebuild the tunnel with its two stations and players have to connect it to their network.
Westminster/Big Ben
Trafalgar
Buckingham palace <-- Shame on you Poms for leaving this out.
also need Tower Bridge
London eye
The Tower.
Whatever the poms said for transport.
Thanks for all the suggestions, too bad we can't include all of themIt's always difficult to choose the landmarks, there are so many in London!

i think you cannot leave out the tower bridge and big ben/houses of parliament
if that leaves only 1 its a hard choice...
I guess the Buckingham palace, i mean the English do love their royalty it seems...
as for rolling stock...
I figure as some of the old metro stock is from London, and there is an old route master its best to have some modern London stock in there
The DLR B07 has an interesting and vastly different shape of the currently available metro vehicles.
Maybe add the S Stock or the upcoming "Evo" that seems more diferent (though possibly hard to get some good imagery of)
And i would say the CR4000 or the DLR P68
Please, please, PLEASE more general buildings that can be used in the editor when creating maps. Preferably more ugly council estates and semi-detached houses with more than just one floor, clinic (a smaller hospital), community centre buiding, school (not a college or a university, an elementary school, then?), a separate cafe building in a similar way to the golf club, a PROPER football ground with four stands if possible -- NONE of the top London clubs play at stadiums with running tracks!
Rather more buildings than vehicles. I'm tired of the monotone surroundings of different CIM cities and because of that haven't touched the map editor for months!

Galaxie Zoner = Evo.
B07 and S stock would be needed. bring the B stocks as trams.
Galaxie Zoner looks nothing like that thing...
Galaxie Zoner is said to be the "London Space Train" (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...cept_model.jpg)
This is the "Evo" mockup thin i meant: http://londonist.com/2011/06/the-tube-train-of-the-future.php
Looks entirely diferent
There are lots of things that could be included for London - but heres a couple of suggestions:
For Vehicles - this could be split into "historical and "modern" (or a mix of both):
Historical:
1, Feltham Tram: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feltham_Tram (had a high capacity and central doors the trams could carry nearly 100 passengers!) Built 1931, many went to Leeds and scrapped in 1959.
2, District Line "R" Stock: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/London_Underground_R_Stock Built from 1938 onwards, last ones withdrawn in 1983.
3, Metropolitan Line A60/A62 stock: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/London_...ound_A60_Stock Built from 1961, last ones being withdrawn 2012.
Modern:
1, DLR stock - P86, B90 and B2007 would give a good spread of stock if as suggested, the DLR was used as a transport type: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Docklan..._rolling_stock
2, London Underground S stock http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S_stock - 2009 onwards
3, Class 378: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Class_378 - 2008 onwards
Landmarks (but theres allot you can choose out there!):
1: Kings Cross/St Pancras, but would hope that all of the major stations are located on the map (Would be particularly nice to have a "small" terminus station) - you could even make a "Monopoly scenario" to connect all four stations on a monopoly board with a single line (Kings Cross, Fenchurch Street, Liverpool St and Marlybone Stations)
2: Big Ben/Houses of Parliament
3: One Canada Square (Canary Wharf)
But would like to see additional small buildings e.g.:
Georgian Terraced housing in the game: http://www.flickr.com/photos/maggiejones/3250636739/
Victorian Terraced housing: http://www.fotolibra.com/gallery/343...raced-housing/
Scenarios - Monopoly one as suggested, but you could also have one with Sherlock Holmes (Baker Street?), Olympics, Wembley, Millennium Dome (If represented) or one about the congestion charge? Hope its gonig to be a XL map, as London itself is huge...
After just seeing the New York (my hometown) map, just please put everything where it's supposed to go! The New York map is terrible. The Empire State Building is in the wrong place, landmarks such as Penn Station and Madison Square Garden are missing and the whole thing looks like a generic big city. London has a lot of character, please include it.
