I'll be a way for awhile on a week-long vacation, but I'll continue work on events when I get back.
I've read plenty of books on post-revolutionary Russia(1917-18), so I can be of help there.
My revised October Revolution event chain works like this:
-The October Revolution Event triggers:
-Second All-Russian Congress of Soviets, which triggers:
-Forming a Council of People's Commissars, which forms your minister cabinet.
I felt that vanilla's October Revolution event(which wasn't a chain) failed to accurately define the aftermath of "Red October."
Lenin had purposely launched the October Insurrection(it's proper name)
just before the opening of the Second All-Russian Congress of Soviets in order to mitigate the influence of the moderate socialists.
This would ensure that the soviet congress elected a far-left government as its executive branch, to be theoretically held accountable to the congress of soviets and the C.E.C.(the legislative, multiparty branch of the soviet government).
Although the Sovnarkom(or Council of People's Commissars) was at first exclusively made up of Bolsheviks, it would be broadened to include Left SR party members, whom served as a moderating influence on the radical Bolsheviks inside the Sovnarkom.
This could be modeled in-game through events adding Left-SR ministers.
Later, the Left-SR members would leave. This too could be modeled in-game.
Anyways, I'll show you the events when I'm done.
