Whenever I play the game on this part, all the computer shows is clouds in the background, flying past. I can also see my health, enemies' healths (when enemies are damaged), elements, and how much damage (or heal) that is affecting entities. HELP I CAN'T PLAY THE GAME LIKE THIS!!!

P.S.: My computer meets requirements to play Magicka.
 
Or maybe it does, but your playing on a laptop, using the "wrong" graphics.
By the description, it's typical for using an Intel-based graphic solution.

So, I can only agree with sanityslayer. Attach your DXdiag. Only way to get correct advice.

Yes, sorry. Your trouble is well known for Intel Core i3 and i5. (And several other Intel solutions) There is no known way around this problem. It's also very unlikely it will be fixed. As the problem doesn't lay with the game as such. More so, the Intel graphics lacking ability to present the game correctly. Magicka is a game way above the requirements of your computer. And this specific problem is never seen on any nVidia or ATI solution.

As for comparing requirements. The most obvious comparing would be:
An average GeForce 8800 card would cost ~200$ back in 2008. Your Intel GMA HD is not a card at all, has close to no dedicated memory and is chipped along the processor more or less for free. Now, why do ppl. pay 200 bucks to get the same features as you got for free? Think about it ...


So.
For future reference and comparing. Follow these links and you will get a hint about the power (or rather lack of) that the Intel HD graphics have, compared to any GeForce or ATI card. In Magicka's case, the GeForce 8800. It's not just being able to support features. The card must also be able to actually use them, and fast enough. Just guessing, I'd say there are probably some processes the 8800 can do 1000 times faster then the Intel HD.

An average card for the 8800 series is the 8800 GTX.
Your specific graphics are Intel HD core i3 540.

The 8800 GTX scores 1,046, while your i3 540 is second from the bottom, scoring 334.
If nothing else, this will tell you there's a huge difference in performance.

This famous "Graphics Card Hierarchy Chart" will again tell you the Intel HD Graphics (Core i3 5x0, Core i5-6x0) is way way below the required 8800 in performance.

None of the above will tell you if Magicka will work or not. But it will tell you the required cards have A LOT better performance then your Intel HD. If you still go through and buy the game, it's now knowing your lacking a serious amount of power.

At last. The store page saes:
(Integrated Video Cards not recommended) = Almost all Intel graphics.
