So I posted a thread in the tech support forums a good week or so ago and so far have received no replies. No one else seems to be getting replies either. So... where do I go to get tech support for my very much commercially released, new game? Right now, I can't play because of an issue and needless to say, I don't appreciate paying for something I can't use.

Hi, sorry for the problems you are experiencing. I cant really be much help other than suggest some patience or you can try contacting Paradox's dedicated support dept. here:

There's a option in the game menu for DoA when you submit a report, so they should be able to help you out.
