Hey, I made another version of the flag of the Empire of Wyoming, what do y'all think? I added a five-pointed star. Should I maybe shrink it?

Argh, can I give orders in advance? I will be away from Thursday to Saturday.

Also, could you elaborate on fleet/army movement? Can armies be convoyed?

Armies can move into the water and such, just like navies. No convoys.

Armies are instantly destroyed if a navy attacks them, however, so escorts are a must.

And yes, you can send orders in advance.

Well, it's not so much "what's up" as "what's down". Though as for what's up...well, the ceiling is up.

Anyways, I do wonder when this is going to start, and if there is anybody else who's gonna join. We probably should also have an updated World Map in the OP.

EDIT: Also, I guess I could just announce that I will be building an Army in Great Plains for the first turn, since we were supposed to announce build orders publicly.
