It used to be triggered by one of those negative events you get when you were over your demesne limit, but i think those are gone now.

Filling it with rocks gets you marshal bonus

Sacrificing Cattle gets Stewardship bonus

Sacrificing a child gets you Intrigue bonus and hated...

Exorcism gets you a Learning bonus.

At least that is what I remember.

And Mysticism gets you a small chance to preform a ritual that makes you attractive or makes you seem attractive (Ive never gotten it).

Was playing as the zealous, lustful, gluttonous, greedy, polish emperor of wendish and russian empires. First tried to close with stones failed got a large debuff then tried to pray it closed worked got a large buff then got a event to keep the bones of a saint.
