    Cannot launch Collection

    Hi, I just installed KA Collection but it won't star/load the game... says it "can't load EngineSupplier.dll (probably DirectX not installed properly)"... then it asks if I want to install it now? and I say yes... then I get a message about "Cannot execute DirectX Installer. Probably because you don't have admin. rights."... first, I have directX11 installed and running (for many, many months now) with no problems so I tried running the game as admin. - same message - ran dxdiags, still looks ok to me... minimum specs. look ok to me... here is the dxdiags file... sorry but it really is pretty long
    Am very open to suggestions of what to try next... have not had any other issues with any other programs so I am pretty much at a loss as to what to do next... appreciate any help/suggestion you might have....

    First, go to your Steam Games Library, right-click on King Arthur Collection, select Properties / Local Files / Verify integrity of game cache... - to retrieve any files deleted/missing

    As you are running Windows Vista, you may need to manually run secondary installers required by this game. (always right-click on the .exe file and choose: "Run as administrator" - even if you already have admin rights!)

    Exit Steam entirely.

    Browse to your King Arthur Collection installation folder (Usually C:\ Program Files \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ king arthur collection\)

    You will need to run the following installers:

    ...\steamapps\common\king arthur collection\InstallUtils\DirectX\DXSETUP.exe (right-click and choose: "Run as administrator")

    ...\steamapps\common\king arthur collection\InstallUtils\vcredist_x86_SP1.exe (right-click and choose: "Run as administrator")

    Restart your computer and test the issue again.

    If you continue to have difficulty, run this installer as well:

    ...\steamapps\common\common\king arthur collection\InstallUtils\PhysX_9.09.0814_SystemSoft ware.exe (right-click and choose: "Run as administrator")

    Then, restart your computer once more and test the issue again.

    Please also check your spyware, antivirus and firewall, they might have put some game files in quarantine - this was the problem for many other players who couldn't launch the game at all.
