So, what exactly are the penalties for getting people of other culture or religion? For example, as duke of Bohemia, what will happen if I get a germanic county? Or as byzantine, if I get a pagan or muslim county?
Also, how conversion to other religions work? At least pagans can be converted can´t they? That info isn´t in the manual.
