I've dabbled in Napoleon's Campaigns I but it looks like Napoleon's Campaigns II will be so different as to be virtually unrecognizable. Not having seen anything yet, how steep do you expect the learning curve to be for the new game?

I agree. I don't think the gameplay will be similar at all. I would think that if a player is familiar with the other Clausewitz engine games; particularly EU; then NCII will feel very familiar and easy to pick up on.
