Next turn I may as well just send in 1 war order, see how it goes, then send the 2nd, see how that goes etc. I can understand minor adjustments but doesn't it defeat the way the orders work if you adjust them on a whim (and significantly) in a single turn?
Anyway, it's still only 1861! There's still 4 years left in OTL!

Also shouldn't people have to recognize Alsace-Lorraine since technically were revolting from France and the French think were just rebels (stupid French).
