OoC: FGS, Uruguay employing Moroccan mercenaries is considered unacceptable, but Portugal is willing to let go its centuries old colonies in where everyone speaks Portuguese? Yea, that makes all sense.

After much negotiation we are glad to announce that we have reached an agreement with out friend and neighbour, the German Empire. With the following terms that we have reached, we believe we have laid a firm foundation for the future and prosperity of both countries.
Treaty of Danzing
The German Empire and the Republic of Poland, reafirming the spirit of friendship between them, hereby agree to the following terms:
1- The German Empire grants Republic of Poland a loan of 750 gold. After a year of grace, a 10% interest shall be calculated and added.
3- The German Empire compromises to grant the Republic of Poland rights to establish trading routes with other third party nations departing from the city of Danzing, Germany.
2- Republic of Poland compromises to build the neccesary roads and railways to connect its territory with the city of Danzing, Germany.
4- Republic of Poland compromises to build within the city of Danzing, Germany, the port facilities and related structures needed for the establishment of said trading routes.
5- Republic of Poland compromises to respect the sovereignty of Germany, and that it's citizens will respect and uphold German laws while conducting bussines in Germany.
6- The German Empire may revoke said trading rights, at any time, with or without the consultation of the Republic of Poland.
