The Emperor has declared April 10th as a national holiday in order to honor the brave soldiers who died in the campaign in Korea. Those who have died will be forever remembered in our hearts and in the minds of the future generations. Let all know the bravery of the Japanese soldier!
OOC: Holy crap..that was a good update. I of course don't condone the brutality against civilians but oh well.
Meh
His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Hong Xiuquan, condemns the crimes committed by the Japanese against Korean civilians. Your brutality against innocent men, women and children proves once again that you are still a nation of savages, unfit to rule over others. Stay on your islands, for the benefit of all involved.
OOC: Any update regarding Portugal information?

The United States of America formally recognises Republic of Haiti as an independent nation. Any embargoes previously enacted by an American government against Haiti are to be immediately withdrawn and relations normalised. I look forward to a bright future for our nations.

OOC: To be fair to everyone involved, and so that I can get a better offer, I will wait two days or until GM says update is inbound to decide. Offers will be publicized shortly, as the idea is to run an auction, rather than sell them dirt cheap to the first buyer, as Portugal did.
By the way, if Portugal did not get the money yet, as it hasn't been processed, it means that the Portuguese player can still cancel them, right?
