There is no negotiating with the Polish. They are a formidable fighting force that is looking to reestablish the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. There is no compromise, only who can shoot more of them. They do not fight for the Prussians, the Russians, or the Austrians. They fight for Poland. It just so looks like Prussia is going to kick the sh*t out of everyone, so they are "allying" with them right now. Should the tides turn, Posen will rise and everyone will be in revolt.

The Russian Empire would like to rescind its last statement, as the Polish rebels have refused to communicate, and it would like to offer the rebels one last chance to surrender or else force will be used. If the Polish rebels surrender now, their crimes would be pardoned. The Russian Emire also requests that the British Empire resist its petty namecalling that it seems to resort to.

OOC: They have a good chance against Austria alone, but Russia would be a problem.

OOC: Sure but at this point they don't have modern armies do they?

OOC: They probably have guns and may even have outdated artillery but you must consider that it'll take months for the Russians to Arrive They'll either have to come by boat or walk across Siberia. Either Way they wouldn't be there any time soon and the Japanese are modernizing rapidly. By the Time the Russians arrive they'll be in a bad shape and might even be outclassed by the Japanese.
