Treaty of Guatemala City.
- The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland relinquishes all claims over Belize and recognises Belize as an integral part of the Confederacy of Guatemala and El Salvador.
- The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland is allowed free trade into Belize.
- The Confederacy of Guatemala and El Salvador guarantees that the property of British citizens in Belize shall not be seized by the Confederacy.
- The Confederacy of Guatemala and El Salvador guarantees that the interests of British citizens and residents in Belize will be taken care of.
- The Confederacy of Guatemala and El Salvador guarantees that it will uphold the usage of the English language in Belize and shall not force the Belizeans to speak Spanish.
- A new position in Belize shall be made to accommodate the British sovereign. This position shall be hereditary and be called "Prince Protector of Belize"
- The King of the United Kingdom of Great Britan and Ireland, His Majesty Edward VII, shall hold the position of "Prince Protector of Belize".
- The Prince Protector of Belize, His Majesty Edward VII, shall be allowed to make visits to Belize whenever he feels like it.
