There is much that we must celebrate here in Richmond! First, and most important of all, the war is over! Our people have finally, after 3 long years, been granted their independence and are being granted recognition by the nations of the world. Our dollar has become stable thanks to the compensation from the US, and from the selling of ships to the Empire of Brazil and Belgium. Soon, Charleston and Georgia will be rebuilt, and a new industrial heartland for our Confederacy established. Trade has begun with the Kingdom of Spain, the first amongst many nations that we hope to create close ties with. The Kingdom of Manchuria would like to extend its [delayed] finalization of peace concluded between the Confederate States of America and the United States of America. We hope that both countries may prosper in the future.

We would also like to thank the Japanese Empire for accepting our trade proposal. We would also like to extend trade agreements to the nations of France, the CSA, and the German Empire. The Kingdom of Spain desires to see the war end before Brazil is devastated. We have had war on our home soil in our lifetime, and we are still healing from the devastation, but the scars run deep and will take time to heal. We insist that the Brazilian leadership must call an armistice and enter peace negotiations, to prevent Brazil from meeting the same fate as other war-torn regions, such as Georgia.
