It is not the Confederacy that has drawn out this war, but the Union. If the Union now feels it has the justification to use "total war" tactics, the Confederacy has it double fold. The case of the Confederacy echoes that of the Irish traitors and rebels. Both have rebelled claiming to be oppressed, and yet both were fairly represented. What then is the issue? Ottoman Empire congratulates both Benelux nations with speedy resolution of war. Furthermore we are happy to see, that Great Britain once again is acting as a keeper of peace, despite her's current troubles.
We too, are doing our part, to restore peace and stability in Europe. We firmly believe that fed, clothed and employed citizens do not revolt. We have signed trade agreement with France, to stimulate flow of goods in both directions. We have opened our universities to French citizens, so they can learn more about customs of Levant and we can embrace Western way of thinking. Furthermore Ottoman Empire will invest 100 000£ in French factories for mutual benefit of both parties.

The Solution to all the worlds problems is utterly simple. We should set up all government so they run like an Episode of Yes Minster. At least that way the politicians will be so busy fighting the government that they will not have time to invade other countries. Equally it will mean that countries will be well run the half of the time which is about an improvement equal to half the time in the amount of time a country is well run. What could ever go wrong.
