Yet another noob thread by me.

So I started a war with a country to force it to become a Proletarian Dictatorship, and I think it's gone well enough but all of the sudden the USA is the warleader and thus I can't actually see if they will accept the terms.

Is there a way around this?

Most likly the USA had "friendly" terms with the target country.
A Great Power who is friendly with a other country may intervene in it's behalf to enforce the status quo.
