You know you've played EU3 too much when...

You know you've played EU3 too much when you go back to your apartment after a hard working day, observe your neighbor's doormat...

... And think it's time to finish off Ferrara!!

P.S.: IIRC, there was a thread with this title, but I can't manage to find it now. In case it's still alive over there, please, kindly merge both threads.

Your girlfriend starts complaining that you haven't given her a hug in over an hour.

Girlfriend starts complaining that you compare the size of your empire to your reproductive organ and to either give her sexytime or go play monopoly together.*

Too bad I'm too lazy to find the "True story" image.

You know you've played EU3 too much when you plot your route to work not by whatever is fastest, but by whatever will cause the least attrition.

You know you've played EU3 too much when you try to declare war on your siblings when they come into your room on the basis of, you claim, "Reconquest".

You know you've played EU3 too much when you ride the bus and only notice the streets named "Normandy, Granada, Orleans, Burgundy".

You earned the Casus Belli "Personal Union" on the nation "Father-In-Law's House"!

    Now to try it myself...

You know you've played EU3 too much if you see a comet in the night's sky and think "Ah crap another stability hit! "

You know you've played too much EU3 when you talk to an overweight Frenchman and inadvertently call him the "Big Blue Blob".

You know you have played too much EU3 when you think that you should save your money instead of buying another glass of beer/wine, but then start considering moving the treasury slider so you will do until payday. Minting can, after all, be useful in the short run.
For it is the iniquity of man which compels him to these tenebrous gates, seeking opiate dreams and the alluring embrace of oblivion...

You know when you have played too much EU3 when:

You have perfect knowledge of the political map of the world in 1399, but your knowledge of what happens after 1500 is skewered by the fact you think that the Byzabtium ruled half the known world.

You refuse to believe that Japan formed.

You laugh at the idea that Manchu could take Ming without annexing smaller nations first. It's just a lie, gotta be...

You can hear the music in your sleep.

You think that Austria is a powerful nation.

When the Lord of the Rings is not the first thing you think of when you hear he word "Aragon" .
