The USA and United Kingdom are Constantly starting Cantonment wars on me and i haven't done ANYTHING, the moment the truce ends they start a war with me its getting really annoying
is it something i did? a bug? wrong patch? or what?

Have you checked your infamy? Containment wars shouldn't be possible unless you are over the limit (25).
What checksum do you get? The latest version of VRRP needs to be installed over a very specific 1.4 beta patch (that of the 25th of August 2011).
So.. digital distribution equals communism?
